  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and building strong sales pipelines by scanning for business opportunity.
  • Make outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calling, social selling) to generate leads on local companies.
  • Set up meetings to understand customer needs and concerns to gather key prospect information.
  • Generate interest and bring in successful customers often utilizing product demos and presentations.
  • Supply management with reports on customers & sales.
  • Prepare concise and accurate reviews with sales & financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collating inputs of client feedback and presenting them to team and management.
  • Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Work experience 1 – 2 years in sales.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills given this position will interact with diverse levels of business and global stakeholders.
  • Keen interest in conducting research coupled with sensing new changes in market and evolving new strategies.
  • Ability to build/nurture/grow a string network of people and channels (internally and externally) for lead generation.
  • A team player with a knack for adapting quickly, problem solving and multitasking.
  • Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to dynamic
  • information about the business.
  • Preferably has done B2B sales in the past – payroll, expense management, procurement software.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software, Drip campaigns and LinkedIn scrapping tools would be a plus.
